Mint Julep Juniper ® also does well as a specimen plant. The mature plant can reach about six feet tall and wide. When installing this plant, it is essential to be mindful of the growing habits of the plant. Plant the shrub in an area that it will not outgrow its space.
This plant produces small blue colored berries. Another excellent aspect of the plant is that it is quite fragrant. You will notice a definite evergreen smell after pruning or bumping up against the plant.
