Autumn Blaze Maple

Autumn Blaze Maple ® is popular choice for Iowa landscapes.  This tree is cross-breed between a red maple and a silver maple.  The best characteristics of both trees are incorporated into this variety.  The fall foliage is bright orange-red in color.  The tree also grows dense and has healthy branching.  This tree grows fast like silver maple trees, making it more desirable for some applications than others.  This tree grows well in both wet and dry conditions.  When installing multiple Autumn Blaze Maple ® trees, leave at least 40 feet of spacing between the plants so that the trees do not grow together.
